Joining the Exchange are Kendra Morris Jacobson, Director of the Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (ORPARC) and Liana Soifer, Co-Founder and Executive Director of BIPOC Adoptees. We discuss the extraordinary work of adopting families, as well as the challenges they adoptees face and the support they all need.
