ODOT's Safe Routes to School and new grants to promote and educate

It's nearly time for kids to be headed back to school. That means more more children walking and biking local streets.

The Oregon Department of Transportation wants to help ensure kids make it to school and home safely.

Oregon Safe Routes to School Program Manager Heidi Manlove joins the JX to discuss ODOT's grants to help communities throughout the state make school routes safer and more accessible.
