What's seasonal in January? Savor asks owners of new Medford restaurant
Our societal attention to food tends to change markedly as a new year begins. The feasts of Thanksgiving and the rest of the holiday season give way to New Year's resolutions to get healthier, often by eating less.
Rogue Valley food stylist Will Smith rolls with the changes; this month he brings in the co-owners of Decant in Medford, who opened up just in October of last year. Jessica Colburn and Todd Meyerhofer have been busy, busy, busy getting up and running.
We get the update on their current venture, and hear about adventures in food before Decant.
