Latinos continue streaming into California higher ed, but often stream out early

Choose your term: Latino, Latina, or Latinx. By any spelling, this portion of California's population is expanding its educational achievement.

The Campaign for College Opportunity regularly checks the numbers, and recently released its "2021 State of Higher Education for Latinx Californians Report."

The report shows higher numbers of Latinx 19-year-olds completing high school, and a whopping 43% of all college undergrads in the state coming from the group.

But there are areas that could use some improvement, like actually completing college. A rep from the campaign visits with thoughts on the numbers and how they can improve further.
