Getting Young Californians To Guide Public Policy
Even a state as diverse as California can have some difficulty getting diverse viewpoints represented in public policy.

YLAC members range in age from 16 to 24, and work to get viewpoints from underrepresented communities included in decisions about policy directions.
Michael Wiafe and Ellinor Arzbaecher, two YLAC members, visit with details of their work.
