Jackson County Stuck At High Risk, Dr. Shames Visits

Public Domain

More than half of Oregon's 36 counties are now labeled by the state at Lower Risk for the spread of COVID-19.

Jackson County is not one of them, stubbornly remaining in the High Risk category. Dr. Jim Shames is the Medical Director at Jackson County Health and Human Services.

He visits once a week to catch us up on COVID-19 issues and current concerns.
Josephine County Deputy Health Officer Dr. Leona O’Keefe also joins the conversation.
