Research Tracks Use Of Oregon's Abortion Access Law

On one hand, there are states like Texas that want to make abortion nearly impossible.

Then there's Oregon, which passed the Reproductive Health Equity Act four years ago. RHEA provides access and funding for abortions to all women, regardless of income, insurance, or citizenship status.

Love it or hate it, it helps to know how the law has been used. And the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) teamed up on research to produce some numbers. The research shows how often people made use of RHEA.
