The History Of The Universe, Displayed In The Sky

Wikimedia

Even when your device is out of battery power or you've watched all the stuff on your streaming service (or read all the books in the house), you can still just look UP.

The night sky is endlessly fascinating, full of stories about our universe, and far removed from our puny Earth issues and problems. A guide helps, and Giles Sparrow takes on that role in the book A History of the Universe in 21 Stars: (and 3 imposters).

You can see them all with the naked eye, no telescopes required. And the three imposters are not really stars; the author explains in his visit.
