Another president, another possible fate for the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument.
President Clinton created the monument where the Cascades and Siskiyous meet, southeast of Ashland. President Obama expanded the monument, President Trump vowed to shrink it again. Now comes President Biden, who has instructed the Interior Department to review the status of several monuments, including the Cascade-Siskiyou.
