There's a lot to be enjoyed when we put the screens down and observe the world around us. The natural world is where Ted Williams turns his focus, on a regular basis.

Williams is a nature writer, able to supply his own impressions and the science behind the things he sees in nature. He compiles a year's worth of short essays into a book called Earth Almanac.

We take a breath of the cool(er) autumn air and join the author for a perusal of his work.
