Wondering if you're going to get sick and die has a way of changing your overall perspective on life. The COVID-19 pandemic certainly made a lot of us consider possibilities we don't usually consider.

Philosopher and scholar Frank Martela thinks about the big questions of life a lot. And he offers up some thinking on how to finding meaning in life in his book of essays, A Wonderful Life: Insights on Finding a Meaningful Existence.
