The party is still a few months away, but it's planned to be a big party.  Godwit Daysreturn to Eureka April 15-21, 2020, and it will be the 25th anniversary of the festival. 

It celebrates the Marbled Godwit and the many other birds that call the North Coast home, all year or just seasonally. 

Rob Fowler is one of the organizers of Godwit Days, with an abundance of knowledge about the importance of Humboldt Bay to birds.  He visits to sketch out that importance.
