Soleil is a Southern Oregon native who grew up listening to JPR. She recently graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Community Development with a minor in Sustainable Urban Development. Before joining JPR she worked with First Stop Portland introducing national and international delegations to Portland's unique strategies for creating a sustainable city. During her free time, Soleil can often be found in her kitchen crafting new recipes or roaming outside with her rambunctious dog Miles.

JPR and the Oregon Center for the Arts at SOU are holding a Grand Opening Celebration and Open House at the new JPR Broacast Center and SOU Theater Building on Saturday, November 10th. 

The JPR Foundation is seeking an Audience Service Coordinator for Jefferson Public Radio (JPR). The position works out of the brand new JPR Broadcast Center on the Southern Oregon University (SOU) campus in Ashland, Oregon. The JPR Foundation is dedicated to raising funds to support JPR’s mission to feed the human intellectual and creative spirit of Southern Oregon and Northern California communities.

Southern Oregon University and Jefferson Public Radio will host a town hall meeting with Oregon State Senate District 3 candidates Jessica Gomez and Jeff Golden on Thursday, October 11th at the SOU Music Recital Hall at 7:00 pm.

Jefferson Public Radio (JPR) seeks a Broadcast Engineer to assist the Director of Engineering in maintaining, operating and developing the technical systems that enable JPR to fulfill its public service mission.
