Experts Can't Assure Boston's Big Dig Is Safe

Investigations are under way into Boston's over-budget, multibillion-dollar Big Dig highway and tunnel project. The project is riddled with leaks and charges of fraud, and two experts have told Massachusetts officials they can no longer guarantee the tunnel's safety.
