The North Bend Public Library is hosting a workshop on Wednesday, January 25 at 3:00 PM entitled Your Pet’s Signs of Stress. The workshop will be taught by Dr. Karen Fowler, DVM and will focus on keeping pets healthy and happy by teaching pet owners how to interpret often overlooked signs of stress and disease.

Dr. Fowler is an Oregon native that received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oregon State College in 2016. She currently resides in Portland and works at the Portland Veterinary Wellness Center. Her main professional interests are fostering the human-animal bond, client education, and preventative medicine.
