A Coast Guard crew rescued two mariners 5-miles west of Grays Harbor, Washington, Saturday morning after the mariners' sailboat got tangled in a crab pot line.

Four people were rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard in two separate stranding incidents near Coos Bay Saturday night.

The first happened around 9:20 p.m. when state police notified the Coast Guard that a man was stranded on a rock near Shore Acres State Park.

State police recovered two of the people, and the Coast Guard was able to hoist and transfer the third person, according to a news release.

About two hours later, authorities were notified that three people were stranded along the shoreline of Cape Arago Highway at high tide.

Crews located a woman in the water and then found a man and another woman on a nearby island. The woman in the water suffered from symptoms of hypothermia, according to the Coast Guard.
