Ammon Bundy continued his call for remaining occupiers to stand down. Through a statement from his lawyers, the incarcerated occupant advised them to not use physical force.

Update 12:43 p.m.:Federal Judge Michael Mosman agreed Tuesday with a previous ruling by Judge Stacie Beckerman that militant Joseph O’Shaughnessy should be released from custody on bail.

Update 12:12 p.m.: Federal Judge Michael Mosman made no decision at the detention hearing of Pete Santilli. Mosman said he needed more time to review the case. Santilli will appear again in court Thursday.

The lawyers for Ammon Bundy withdrew their motion Tuesday for a second detention hearing for their client.

The attorneys intended to appeal a decision from last week, when Bundy was denied bail. He was arrested last Tuesday, after leading the armed occupation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge for nearly a month.

The occupation continues at the refuge, where four militants are holed up.

Two other men arrested last week after occupying the refuge — Pete Santilli and Joseph O’Shaughnessy — are still scheduled to appeal their detentions Tuesday.
