Oregon has no less than nine parties with recognized ballot access.

The Working Families Party endorsed Democratic incumbent John Kitzhaber for governor and the Independent party endorsed Republican representative Dennis Richardson. The Americans Elect party has no candidate.

The four minor party candidates for Oregon Governor, Aaron Auer - Constitution Party, Paul Grad - Libertarian Party, Chris Henry - Progressive Party, Jason Levin - Pacific Green Party, appeared on OPB’s Think Out Loud Friday.

The show was broadcast on OPB, as well as on KLCC in Eugene and Jefferson Public Radio in southern Oregon.

Last week, OPB talked with the major party candidates, John Kitzhaber and Dennis Richardson.
