Genetic testing is now available to patients in the Rogue Valley, through a partnership between Oregon Health & Science University and Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. The testing helps doctors determine if cancer is a possibility, based on a patient's genetic makeup. And the program also includes counseling on options available to patients whose genetic information does indicate cancer risks.
