Jefferson Exchange Blog Rules
1. Comment Policy Bloggers are fully responsible for everything that they submit in their comments, and all posted comments are in the public domain. We do not discriminate against any views, but reserve the right to remove posts which we deem inflammatory or offensive.
2. Personal Attacks Commonly known as flaming, personal attacks are posts which are designed to personally berate or insult another. Text of this nature is not beneficial to the community spirit and will not be tolerated.
3. Trolling Commenting for any purpose other than sincere conversation, assuming an identity to disrupt a thread, or deliberately baiting another commenter — will not be tolerated.
4. Proofreading Try to proofread yourself. We all make mistakes, but spelling, punctuation, and grammar are signs of courtesy to the reader.
5. Redundancy As a courtesy to others before beginning a new thread, please look to see if an active thread on that topic has already been established. If so, place your comments there instead. Multiple threads on the same subject clutter up the forum needlessly and many good ideas may be lost.
6. Flagging Offending Comments If you find a message you think is contrary to the rules listed above please click on the red flag next to the offending comment. The comment will be temporarily removed from the blog and an email will be sent to the blog administrator. The administrator will determine if the post should be permanently removed or reposted.
